Welcome to your Mortgage Headquarters!

G'day mate. I wonder if I could take a little bit of your time to talk about your future. You see, I hear there is this fine piece of land you was wanting a whole lot and I think I can help you to get it. My name is Aussie Jack and I am here to tell you about how to get some money to buy that fine looking property or home. All these things are so simple once you have a look at 'em so me an my friends thought we should give you that information since we all can use a little help making our dreams come true.

We are pleased to list this collection of resources as we know what it takes to put it all together. Often it seems your goals are just out of reach an you wont be able to catch up to them but there is usually a way if you stick to it. Take it from old Jack, when you work at it you can get a nice ranch like me and the missus got us.

Through the years we learned how to work with our ranch and build us up some equity and then we figured we should enjoy some of that equity and borrowed against it and got us some livestock. It wasn't much longer before our ranch was paying the bank along with the wages of 6 hard working employees. I think we came out good on it but we still had to learn.

My good buddy Rich taught me how to watch interest rates and explained a bunch of numbers that didn't make a whole lot of sense at first but then it was some kind of new math that started to look right when I played the numbers myself. I could refinance my home at the right time and save a bundle over the term of this loan.

So me and the missus got us a PC and learned how to get onto some websites and even subscribed to a newsletter that kept us up to date on home loan news. It wasn't but a year later we refinanced the ol' mortgage and since we was doing so good we went with bigger payments and a shorter term loan. Thanks to my mate Rich we aren't going to have to work so hard once we got 'er paid off.

There ain't nothing we done here that should be beyond most people and we have collected some tools that we found useful to help you along. Remember there is always help for you to figure it all out and we are glad to be a part of that.
